We roast to order
Nothing here is pulled off a warehouse shelf. Your coffee is roasted after you order it, which is the reason it tastes the way it does and also the reason it is not with you tomorrow.
Pickup
Pickup orders are usually ready in 2 to 4 days at 665 East Foothill Boulevard, Suite A, Claremont, CA 91711, United States. We will contact you when your order is ready — please do not come down before you hear from us.
Shipping
We ship within the United States at a flat rate, and shipping is free on orders over $60. Subscription deliveries ship free every time.
Orders leave the roastery in the same 2 to 4 day window, and transit time is on top of that. You will get tracking as soon as the parcel is collected.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your address, email order@luckys.coffee straight away. Before a parcel ships we can fix it. Once a carrier has it, we cannot.
